Acceptable Use Policy

You may use same3le for lawful educational study. You may not use the Service in a way that harms people, violates rights, compromises systems, or creates unreasonable risk.

Do not upload or process prohibited content

• Protected health information, patient identifiers, medical records, clinical images, or confidential case material.
• Secure or recalled examination items, leaked test content, or material obtained in violation of an examination agreement.
• Commercial question-bank content, textbooks, course materials, or other copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to use.
• Confidential employer, school, hospital, research, or institutional information.
• Malware, malicious scripts, credential-stealing content, or instructions intended to compromise a system.
• Content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, exploitative, or that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.

Do not misuse the Service

• Do not bypass authentication, plan limits, regional restrictions, rate limits, or security controls.
• Do not probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without prior written authorization.
• Do not scrape, automate, or send traffic at a volume that disrupts the Service or imposes unreasonable cost.
• Do not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, or misrepresent affiliation with a school, hospital, company, or professional organization.
• Do not resell, sublicense, clone, or operate the Service as your own product without written authorization.
• Do not use same3le output or answer matching as proof of competence, licensure, certification, or safe clinical performance.

Safety restrictions

Do not use same3le while driving, operating machinery, performing a medical procedure, responding to an emergency, or engaging in any task that requires full attention. The “hands-free” description refers to study interaction and is not an invitation to use the Service in unsafe settings.

Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate access, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, rights holders, or comply with law. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to appeal.

Reporting

Before production launch, this section will include active addresses for security reports, copyright concerns, privacy complaints, and general abuse reports. A paid service should not launch until those reporting channels are operational and monitored.
