Do not use same3le to diagnose, treat, triage, monitor, or make decisions about a patient. Do not use it during clinical care, procedures, emergencies, or any setting in which inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete information could affect safety.

No guarantee of content accuracy

same3le reads and evaluates material supplied by users or included for demonstration. The Service does not independently verify that questions, answers, accepted alternatives, or explanations are current, complete, or accurate. Medical knowledge and guidelines change. Users must verify information against current authoritative sources and applicable institutional policies.

No validated assessment

Speech recognition and answer matching are not validated examinations or competency assessments. The browser may mishear terminology, accents, abbreviations, drug names, or other technical words. A “correct,” “partial,” or “not matched” result is only a study aid and must not be used as evidence of professional competence, certification, licensure, or readiness to practice.

No protected health information

Do not enter patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, clinical notes, images, recordings, or other protected or identifiable health information. same3le does not claim HIPAA compliance and is not designed as a patient-record system.

No emergency use

same3le cannot contact emergency services, monitor symptoms, or provide urgent recommendations. In a medical emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service or a qualified clinician.

Professional responsibility

Students and professionals remain responsible for their own education, decisions, conduct, and compliance with school, examination, employer, hospital, licensing, and professional rules.
